This is an opportunity to join a business where you will be groomed for progression through a programme of rotation to give you a complete understanding of the global finance function.
Responsibilities:
To become part of the global cost setting / reporting finance team that develops and executes the financial reporting required to support the business process to set Product Cost, report annual cost reduction targets and perform quarter end accounting close requirements.
Specifically this role would:
- Support Product Standard cost setting process
- Support the stdcost update of Sun ' BUY' Parts
- Support the Manufacturing business in costing of ' Internal Manufactured' products
- Ensure Accounting control / validation processes are in place (SOX Control)
- Support Customers (Field Finance) and Supply Management on cost queries/issues
- Own Process improvement and develop process documentation
- Publish and produce cost reporting for defined business.
- Support SM Finance in producing timely cost reporting packs
- Close working relationship with SM Finance
