Permanent role for a Project Manager with previous experience of top quality interior fit-outs and refurbishment works, based in Fife. Immediate start.
Our client is a dynamic and forward thinking organisation with divisions in construction,interiors, shop fitting and property services to name a few.Key operational sectors include hotels and leisure, retail and residential.
An opportunity has arisen for a project manager to work on a £10 million prestigious scottish Heritage conversion and restoration at a world famous location in Scotland.This is a structural refurbishment involving steelwork.The conversion includes 18 new flats.
Reporting directly to the senior Project Manager your responsibilities include:complete control of all on-site activities,health and safety,management of labour.Ordering of materials and plant , full liaison with all sub-contractors to ensure programme is met and delivered on time , quality of work.
You will be expected to have a proven track record on top quality interior fit-outs and refurbishment projects, an eye for detail, commercial and programme awareness.Knowledge of building regulations and procedures,ideally with restoration projects.Knowledge of health and safety.Excellent man management skills and have the ability to motivate others. You will naturally be expected to work to high standards.
