Great temp to perm option in the City Centre for all round Accounts Assistant with SAP experience.
Key accountabilities of the role include:
1. Purchase Ledger duties including processing, matching, copying and filing invoices.
2. Sales Ledger duties including the reconciliation of rechargeable accounts and raising of rechargeable invoices.
3. General accounting duties.
4. Basic secretarial duties.
Who we're looking for:
The successful candidate will have a good accounts payable background (handling invoices, dealing with suppliers, payments etc), strong communication skills and be a team player. You will be willing to take on new tasks and able to help the team our during busy periods. A previous knowledge of accounts packages and competency in Word, Excel and SAP is essential.
