A new opportunity has arisen for a Purchase Ledger Assistant in a well established Oil and Gas services company based in Aberdeen
Role description:
Working as a Purchase Ledger Assistant in this company in Aberdeen, your main role will be to;
• Maintain and reconcile the purchase ledger information using SAGE
Other Responsibilities will include;
• Processing and payment of supplier invoices
• Processing and payment of staff expenses
• Reconcile supplier statements with purchase ledger information
•Resolving various accounting queries as required
• Various Ad-hoc duties as required
Who we're looking for:
• Previous Purchase Ledger experience
• An Oil and Gas background is preferred
• Previous use of SAP or SAGE and systems literate
