Role description:
This is a unique opportunity to be instrumental in the establishment and growth of a new operation. Taking a commercial approach, business development will be the key focus of your role. Leveraging from existing relationships as well as seeking out and capitalising on new opportunities, you will provide an "end to end" recruitment service to a broad range of blue chip clients. Candidate generation will also be key to your success, and this will see you working with both local and international candidate markets. This role will be challenging, fun and exciting and the results you achieve will have a direct correlation to the effort you put in.

Ideally you will have previous recruitment experience, however this is not essential as our consultants come from a wide range of backgrounds.
