To provide direct guidance, support and advice with regards to Quality Management systems application, implementation and improvement to NEC Region projects, departments and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Responsibilities:
Assist / advise project personnel in all matters relating to the application & implementation of company management system on projects
Prepare / maintain project specific quality documentation eg Project Quality Plan, Activity Control Plan etc
Co-ordinate non-conformance management process within the project including reporting of all non-conformance reports (NCR), pro-actively facilitating NCR close out, identifying corrective action requirements etc
Undertake project quality audits to measure project compliance with management system & client requirements and assess the effectiveness and value of established business processes
Facilitate project lessons learned process to collate and report project experiences that may add value to ongoing & future projects
Interface with Quality Control function to ensure appropriate levels of quality surveillance, inspection and control within applicable areas of project execution & delivery
Provide quality management support to Supply Chain Management in respect of vendor & subcontractor assessment and risk management
Liase with Customer and third party representatives on matters relating to Quality Management within the project
Facilitate customer feedback and performance measure processes on allocated projects
Regional Responsibilities:
Utilise project experiences to assist in the development of the management system through identification of business process waste, NCR trends, implementation of revised business practice etc
Contribute to the development of the regional audit process including planning, execution and reporting
Contribute to regional lessons learned processes to facilitate continuous improvement within the organisation
The successful candidate should ideally have knowledge and experience of most of the following:
Experience in a Quality Management role, ideally with a project focus
High degree of awareness and experience of ISO9001 requirements and implementation
Quality Auditor training / qualifications
Good communication skills, both written and oral
Ability to work on own initiative while retaining a high degree of reporting to line and project management
