Our client, a specialist building services contractor, is recognised as the largest independent services contractor in Scotland. This well-established firm has over 40 years experience and is currently expanding their Scottish team. They are recruiting for a Site Engineer to be based in Stirling.
The role will involve supporting the line manager in the delivery of the existing FM contracts, projects and associated engineering works.Thiswill be achieved by the implementation of the companys management system, increasing the quality of output from Engineers, maximising the effectiveness of sub-contractors and ensuring efficient use of materials. Your key responsibility will be to ensure the satisfactory performance and further development of all contracts and accounts forwhich you are responsible for.
Applications areinvitedfrom candidates who have a formal technical education in mechanical/electrical building services discipline, relevant experience in an FM or building services maintenance position of authority or an experienced tradesperson with experience in their trade and relevant experience in an FM or building services maintenance position of authority.
Benefits package:
Salary will be negotiable and agreement will be dependant on qualifications and experience.
A car allowance will be payable in addition to the agreed basic salary.
34 Days holidays including bank holidays.
