Our client is a leading independent Chartered Quantity Surveying Practice, which has been operating for over80 years. With six established offices across Scotland, they currently employ almost 70 staff. While the majority of their work still takes place across the central belt, their reputation and expansion now means they are called upon to get involved with projects on a national level. Working across all business sectors, they have a client list that consists of blue chip firms, market leaders and household names.
Due to furthergrowth, there is now the opportunity for an ambitious surveyor to join the Glasgow team. The successful candidate will have an attitude and desire to excel in their profession and develop a long a rewarding career. They will ideally be a member of the RICS, but those applicants who can demonstrate relevant experience with a commercial background and strong client facing skills will also be considered. The firm has a proven track record of continual professional development and strives to have the most highly qualified and knowledgeable surveyors. A flat management structure will mean exposure to all levels of the business and the ability to work well as part of a team is essential.
