Full Description:
The Management Systems Administrator is required to assist with the management and co-ordination of all QHSE matters as well as assisting with introduction, implementation & ongoing assurance activities of the QMS
ROLE:
- Assist the QHSE manager in the introduction, implementation, training and ongoing assurance activities of the QMS
- Support the Technical Assistant in the management of the ERF Process to ensure all requests are logged, reports are issued, ERFs are closed out in a timely manner with all related documentation attached, and account for time/resource allocated against each ERF
- Perform internal and external audits
- Assist in the analysis of quality performance & input to quality improvement initiatives
- Manage and update the website and Team site on a regular basis and as required by demands
- Assist and mentor the Technical Assistant with purchase orders, travel, preparation of staff timesheets, etc as required, and mentor
- Ensuring that activities by members are performed in an efficient manner
- Actively supporting the introduction and subsequent operation of the QMS
- Controlling the ordering of stationary and ancillary items
- Acting as mentor to the Technical Assistant EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION / TRAINING:
- Requires an overall technical understanding of engineering standards, practices and procedures.
- HND/HNC in relevant discipline
- Minimum 2 years experience in office administration/technical/QHSE role
- Detailed knowledge and auditing experience of ISO9001 essential
