Looking for a busy and exciting part-time temporary role?
Monday to Friday - 20hrs per week - 9am - 1pm desirable.
The role is a key link between our client and its independent on-site Occupational Health advisers, providing them with confidential support including the arrangement of referred appointments, case notes and correspondence and general support with health promotion activity. You will support the Advisers with the administration and the organisation of various health promotion activities as well as the payment of invoices, organising meetings and taking and distributing minutes of meetings and other administrative tasks as required.
Experience required (including IT packages)
• Self-proficient in use of Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Competence in use of Lotus Notes preferred but as minimum able to convert knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
• Previous experience of supporting OH staff is preferable; experience of handling sensitive & confidential personal information essential - preferably of medical nature.
• Must be very organised & systematic in approach.
• Previous experience and competence in minute taking.
