Due to the growth of their Glasgow call centre our client has a fantastic opportunity for ambitious Customer Service Consultants to join their team..

INTERVIEWS AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE

Your responsibilities:

1. To be the first point of contact for all customers – handling cardholder enquiries
2. Building a thorough knowledge of the companies products to ensure that you give an unsurpassed service
3. Promoting company products that are suitable for the customers needs

Experience and skills required:

* Customer service experience preferably from a call centre environment
