THE COMPANY
An Edinburgh based Manufacturing firm are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Ledger Clerk to join their Finance team. The role involves:
Issuing client statements
Cash allocation
Processing and matching sales receipts
Preparing weekly reports
General office duties
Processing Credit notes
Processing and allocating customer receipts
Printing monthly invoice and statement runs
Raising and distributing sales invoices and credit notes
Recording income and cash summaries
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
To be successful in this role you must have experience of working in a busy Sales Ledger role with the ability to work on your own initiative to ensure that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
THE ROLE
Location: Edinburgh
Salary: £16,000 per annum
Reporting to: Office Manager
