Our Client is looking for an experienced Receptionist to co-orniate the Reception area. The role will require exceptional Customer Service skills and the ability to communicate at all levels. You will meet and greet Clients as well as answering a busy switchboard and undertaking general administration duties.
Duties include:-
Co-ordinating calls
Meeting and greeting Clients
ordering for suppliers for general facilities
Diary management of meeting rooms
co-ordinating meetings
Copy typing as required
Data Entry
Experience & Qualifications - Previous Experience would be beneficial

Salary: £6-7
