THE ROLE - Administrator
Location: Edinburgh
Salary: £13,000
Reporting to: The Office Manager
Our Client have an opportunity for right individuals to join their Edinburgh based business support team in an general administrative capacity.
Duties are wide and varied for all roles our Client currently has available.
Duties Include (but are not limited to) the following -
Answering switchboard and co-ordinating calls
Processing faxes, photocoping, scanning, binding, printing, archiving files etc.
Typing - as and when required
Formating Reports
Setting up meeting rooms
Arranging flights, accommodation, hire cars and couriers
Diary Management
Data Entry
