    Our Client is looking for an experienced Administrator to co-ordinate their purchasing process. The role will require exceptional organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines. Excellent customer service skills are needed as you will maintain supplier relationships and communications with employees on a daily basis.

    Duties include:-

    ALL credit card purchasing
    Collecting and distributing purchases
    Receiving all purchase requests and ensuring authorisation
    Where necessary verifying purchase spend with authorising Manager/finance
    Making all purchases and creating Purchase Orders, tracking these on excel spreadsheet
    Ensuring all suppliers are aware of payment terms
    For ongoing contracts creating repeat Purchase Order - monthly invoices of a set amount
    Dealing with queries on purchase orders
    Dealing with queries on credit card purchases (ie. tracking mis-named purchases)
    Ensuring that people comply with the processes for purchasing
    Credit card receipt reconciliation
    Reconciling receipts for Travel
    Ensuring the credit card statement and receipts are sent to accounts within 3 days of receiving the statement
    Forwarding all received invoices to accounts
    Investigating non compliant invoices/purchases
    Sorting out problems with the credit card when they arise
    Ensuring that the credit card details are secure at all times.
    Maintain the travel spreadsheet



    Experience & Qualifications - Previous Experience would be beneficial
