My Client requires a Maintenance Surveyor to ensure the provision of cost effective maintenance services to association properties within the designated area. The remit covers all structural maintenance, including landscaping but excluding mechanical and electrical plant.
The successful candidate will have experience in all aspects of property maintenance gained in a management or supervisory capacity, and supported by technician level qualifications in construction engineering/trades. They are also required to have the ability to provide cost effective services and excellent communications skills are both essential.
In reward for this the successful candidate will be rewarded with a generous salary and rewards package. As well as this there will be an Association car due to the extensive travelling that is involved
