Excellent opportunity !!!!!!
To take on board a very demaning post, not for the faint hearted. Ideally suited to a candidate who gets involved in the job and willing to peform above and beyond.
Tenancy Manager required to work closely with the MD and perform with utmost professionalism in her absence.
Must have either property experience (sales/leasing) or Business Development/Finance experience.
Must be driven, motivated. Will be involved in all aspects of the company.
Primary Duties
Accompany prospective tenants at viewings
Receive and assess offers/applications
Follow up on references etc
Prepare lease documents for signing
Arrange inventory of contents/cleaning etc as required
Attend handover at property
Enter new tenancy onto database
Set up landlord account for new tenancy
Charge fees and expenses to landlord account as required
Ensure copies of documents are sent out and returned
Ensure availability lists are kept updated
Ensure finance is informed of start/end of tenancy
Ensure finance is informed of arrangements for utilities
Assist tenants with end of tenancy arrangements
Support admin with end of tenancy documentation
Liase with property manager and admin on repair/maintenance issues as required
Finalise end of tenancy account for tenant – update landlord account
Additional Duties
Take on role as decision maker in the absence of directors
Responsibility of emergency mobile on occasion as required
Development of procedures / preparation of documentation etc
Business development / networking / identifying opportunities
