My client is currently seeking a Recruiting Officer to join thierLuxembourg practice. This dynamic individual will support their existing office. Primary responsibilities include the sourcing, pre-screening, and interviewing of qualified professionals with the ultimate goal of developing and maintaining a diversified team of applicants/Associates available for placement on open engagements. Responsibilities
• Conduct in-depth behavioral interviews to properly assess skill set and competencies of candidates.
• Plan and participate in events for candidates and client development, such as job fairs, industry conferences, etc.
• Assist the Client Service Director by documenting candidate profiles, checking references, and determining Associate “matches” for open client engagements.
• Manage Associate team by initiating regular communication with Associates to reduce “unassigned time” and ensure that Associates' expectations are being met.
• Develop a recruiting strategy together with the HR & Communication Director Belux, that continually replenishes the candidate pipeline based on market condition, existing Associate team, and current/projected client engagements.
Requirements:
Professional Qualifications
• Minimum Requirements: Two (2) years of experience in Human Resources; strong communication skills including the ability to articulate via the telephone and in person.
• Big Four or consulting firm experience preferred.
• Technically proficient with all aspects of Internet recruiting.
• Experience in performing competence based interviews.
• An extensive professional network in the Luxembourg area is a plus.
Personal Characteristics
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities/projects and proven ability to develop relationships.
• A high level of enthusiasm for building a business and a personal sense of urgency and capacity to overcome obstacles is a must.
• Ability to critically assess candidates' capabilities.
The Recruitment Officer Luxembourg reports to the HR & Communication Director Belux.
