My client a leading service provider require a Mobile Service Engineer to operate, maintain and manage effectively, with minimum supervision new and existing building services to specified standards as determined by the contract and company procedures. To maintain and improve standards of quality, health and safety and good house keeping and to report any short comings promptly.
The successful candidate will be expected to
To work to the values of the company mission and vision statement.
To safely and efficiently install, maintain and repair plant and equipment within the portfolio.
To carry out diagnostic and fault finding to plant and equipment within the portfolio.
To carry out routine servicing and commissioning to plant and equipment within the portfolio.
To take a proactive approach to customer liaison and ensure concerns are dealt with or relayed to line management promptly.
To maintain plant, PPM, personal and vehicle records in accordance with company operating procedures.
To identify areas for additional works within and out of the specified contractual requirements and report these promptly to the Portfolio Supervisor with estimated material costs and labour requirements.
To undertake standby and call out duties as part of the recognised rota system as and when required
The job holder may be required to carry out any other duties as deemed appropriate by the Portfolio Supervisor
