THE COMPANY
An Edinburgh City Centre based Company is currently recruiting for a Credit Controller to work in their busy Finance Team. This company is a leader in its Industry and will offer you fantastic training and career opportunities. The role involves:
Providing regular updates and reports of outstanding debts to the profit centre,
managers and directors.
Recommending seriously overdue accounts for legal action, and liaising with solicitors
Ensuring trading restrictions are kept to
Maintaining a Sales Ledger of 400 Accounts
Liaise directly with customers to chase any outstanding invoices
Resolve any customer queries
Record all payments received by customers
Complete Credit Risk assessments for new customers
Working to strict deadlines
Demonstrating excellent customer service skills when dealing with customers over the
telephone
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
To be successful in this role you must have experience of working in a high volume Credit Control role and be able to resolve client issues in a professional manner. You must have experience of using Sage and Excel.

Salary: £19,000 per annum
Reporting to: Accounts Manager
