| Job profile - My client are a leading business supplies organization who are looking to recruit a Branch Secretary to assist with the smooth running of their office. You will assist the Regional Sales Manager with administrative duties, file details of orders, coordinate client visits to showroom, deal with any incoming correspondence to the office, and manage a spreadsheet of predicted orders. Company Information - My client are a leading supplier in the office goods industry with an excellent reputation for customer service and the quality of their goods. Experience & Qualifications -Candidates must have recent secretarial experience, and have previously supported a manager. You must have a firm knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel as you will be asked to manipulate data on a regular basis, producing reports on sales and predicted sales. You must have a polite, confident telephone manner and be professionally presented. Own transport preferred due to location. Benefits: Quarterly bonus.
