| NEW JOB VACANCY: QUANTITY SURVEYOR NEW JOB VACANCY NUMBER: 123994 NEW JOB VACANCY LOCATION: INVERNESS An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join an established Building Contractor based in the capital of the Highlands, Inverness. This contractor has built is reputation on its successful delivery ofdemanding andhigh profileconstruction projects on time and budget in sectors such as social housing, commercial and industrial buildings and high quality homes. This role will involve providing a surveying service for large and complex projects up to £10m. Duties will include managing commercial and contractual arrangements, monitoring and assessing on project process, price, negotiate and agree costs and budgets. You will also be required to resolve commercial disputes, manage budgets on complex jobs and produce financial and management reports. You will be suitably qualified in a related subject and have demonstrable experience pricing, negotiating and agreeing costs and budgets for projects and producing financial and management reports that monitor project progress In return the company are offering an excellent renumeration package including Basic Salary up to £35k Excellent Holiday Entitlement Please feel free to call for an informal chat or forward your CV for consideration.
