Full Description:

Our client is looking to recruit a Caretaker/ Maintenance person to join their small team. You will be based across two sites one in Broxburn and the other just off the M90 at the Commerce Park Lathalmond.

Your role will include the following:
Grass Cutting
Meter Reading (Water/ Gas/ Electric)
Service Items
Checking Lights in the common parts are working
Checking Security
Establishing that Estates are running smoothly
Reporting any trouble in the estates

You will also be responsible for all rent collection every quarter for properties within the estates. This involves going round the tenants on the sites and collecting rent cheques. Dealing with feedback, when tenants are in trouble. Have good communication skills to deal with people of all levels.

You will also be responsible for dealing with all:
New lettings
Arranging appointments for clients to see the units
Organising /helping external agencies to carry out viewings

You will be based in East Main Street, Broxburn and M90 Commerce Park Lathalmond (just of junction 4 of the M90 motorway). This might be expanded if further properties are purchased.

There is a work van provided. Working hours are from 9am - 4.30pm, you may need to be flexible in times of emergency.
