SALES MANAGER - TELECOMS
Location: Scotland
Salary:c£60k + Comm + Car/Car Allowance + Excellent Benefits
Our client is a leading provider of Business Communications Services. They are a trusted partner to both businesses and public sector organisations, offering reliability, innovation and value for money. They deliver a wide range of voice and data communications solutions that make it easier and more cost-effective for customers to do business. They provide a range of fully-managed communications solutions to over 50,000 businesses and public sector organisations across the UK, tailored to their individual needs.
You will be responsible for executing the public sector or business markets sales strategy ensuring the achievement of all financial tragets and key performance indicators. You will also effectively manage, develop and coach all direct reports ensuring the highest levels of professionalism.
Ideally you will possess a minimum of 3 years relevant sales managemant experience, be able to demonstrate a structured and professional approach to the leadership of a sales team and have an in-depth understanding of sales techniques, sales cycles and forecast/pipeline management.
