| Our client requires a Quantity Surveyor to join theircommercial team in Dundee.To work specifically on a 60,000 square footretail project of £23 Mil value. Reporting to the Senior QS you will be responsible for taking on tendor enquiries and negotiating contracts through to final accounts. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a major UK contracting company who specialise in the fields of Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture and Quantity Surveying. They are highly reputable organisation with an annual turnover of £250 Mil. Good progression opportunities for the successful candidate to move on to other projects up to the value of £30Mil in Tayside, Angus and Fife,with a company who understand an ever changing market. Qualification in Quantity Surveying required. Full in-house Health and Safety training will be given, althoughpossession of aCSCS card would be desirable.
