Quantity Surveying Technician to work in a busy Aberdeen office assisting the members of the quantity surveyors section with the effective delivery of a quantity surveying and project management service to all clients.
You will daily be involved in the preparation of contractual documentation and provision of post-contract services. You will also produce cost estimates and provide advice on the economics of a project and the preparation of cost plans.
You should be able to demonstrate all round knowledge of all aspects of Quantity Surveying on a variety of projects. Have an HNC or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or have substantial experience in pre and post contract Quantity Surveying duties.
