The Company
My client is a leading engineering company with over 100 years of experience behind them , they design, supply and service equipment to the highest standards of quality, performance and reliability to meet the needs of some of the most demanding industries in the world.
The Role
- Responsible for the man-management experience in a capital sales environment
- Responsible for sales negotiations with customers
- Developing the relationships with customers
- Managing and assisting the preparation of bids to meet customer and company requirements
- Business sales development including but not limited to presentations, customer visits, development of local agents, intelligence gathering, general promotion of the business
- Reporting on all aspects of sales development
- Commercial experience of contract pricing, negotiation and terms and conditions
Candidates must have experience of working in a worldwide enivronment with some 95% of company business being international.
Experience
The successful candidate will possess the following;
- Previous experience of the oil & gas industry
- An excellent understanding of technical, commercial and human resource skills
- Experience within the international market place
- Management experience in a project engineering background in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical or Mechanical Structural Industries
Education
- BSc Engineering Discipline
