Would you like to join a challenging diverse business organisation? A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Resourcing Manager to join a leading worldwide banking organisation. This role is to support the attraction and assessment of the graduate population and work with the business to identify how the programme operates. There will be elements of brand development and competition analysis incorporated within this role.
You will be responsible for co-ordinating the U.K graduate recruitment attraction scheme which will involve the recruitment, selection and placement processes. You will work closely with the Graduate resourcing Manager and your key focus will be to deliver a constant pipeline of high calibre future business leaders.
Key Duties include:
Liase with the HR business partners and key business managers to identify requirements for future graduate intake numbers
Influence and contribute to the RBS group policy and approach to graduate recruitment and development to ensure it meets the needs of the Retail Markets
Effectively source quality applicants through the RBS group channels and participate in graduate recruitment events e.g. the milk round and recruitment fairs
Run assessment centres to select high calibre graduates
Early diagnostics of pipeline to ensure target numbers are met
Manage and support the graduate induction process
Support other Resourcing team members where necessary to meet peak workload requirements
Contribute to the development of a Resourcing Strategy for Retail Markets
Obtain feedback and review processes on an ongoing basis to ensure that the programmes remain an attractive and competitive proposition to high calibre graduates and meets the needs of the business in terms of time, quality and cost
Establish effective network and working relationships within RBS Group to share best practices, promote consistency of approach/ legal compliance and ensure that group expertise, toolkits etc are effectively tapped into
Set up appropriate budgetary controls for the Division
The successful candidate will be results focussed and have the ability to be flexible and work in new and adapting matrix based structure with a large volume of high priority tasks. You will have experience of recruitment, ideally in a graduate capacity or generalist HR preferably gained in a fast moving business or consultancy environment. This is a team based but, at the same time, highly autonomous role.
