Full Description:

We are currently working in partnership with a big 4 client there who is actively recruiting Qualified CA' s to join their company in a portfolio management role located in Luxembourg.

You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team working advising our clientele of large multinationals and Private Equity and Real Estate Houses in close cooperation with our “International Tax” and “Transaction Tax” teams;
Your work will consist in reviewing tax restructuring plans and advise on the accounting implications of proposed transactions on an “ad hoc”-basis;
You will work on the preparation of special purpose reports as may be required either during the implementation phase of a tax structure or upon exit (mainly in the event of contributions in kind, mergers, de-mergers and liquidations);
You will also be involved in due diligence reviews, company valuations and Fund-flow modeling for our Private Equity and Real Estate clients.

Requirments

You hold a university degree in economics or finance;
You have a thorough understanding of Luxembourg commercial company law;
You have worked as an auditor for 4 to 6 years and are eager to discover the world of transactions;
You appreciate working in a highly dynamic & international environment;
Team-spirit and commitment are amongst your most prominent strengths;
You have strong financial analysis skills and a good command of the most commonly used business software (Word, Excel, Lotus Notes, …);
You are fluent in English and French or German and English– Any additional language, would be considered as an asset.
