Senior Planner required for main contractor to be based in Aberdeen office.
My client are a well-established main contractor with offices throughout the U.K. They have a number of prestigious, large-scale projects due to underway and about to kick off. Due to the volume of new work they currently require a Senior Construction Planner to join the team in order to provide planning activity for a full range of projects both atpre and post tender stage.
Therole will involve evaluating tender documents, bills of quantities and other project documents in order to build project programmes. You will also evaluate individual programmes against agreed project programmes independently. You willbe required to visit sites in order to determine how to build a project, assess and quantify time, resources and materialfor the projects, ensure that accurate programmes are available to site management and when required, produce support documentation.
You will report to the Planning Managerbut will have involvement with other members of the planning team.
