    Interested in a stand alone role? This leading commercial firm is seeking to recruit a pensions specialist to deal with all of the firm' s pensions work. Working as part of the wider corporate team you will have responsibility for providing a comprehensive range of pensions advice to the firm' s clients, including providing specialist pensions advice on all types of corporate transactions, dealing with the pensions regulator on behalf of companies and trustees on a range of matters, explaining and advising on the implications to trustees and companies of obligations introduced by the Pensions Act 2004, carrying out negotiations between trustees and companies in relation to funding the pension scheme deficit, advising on winding up pension schemes, acting for trustees and companies on pension scheme mergers and providing ongoing pension advice to trustees. You must have relevant experience to date, good client facing skills and the ability to communicate well.
