| Are you available immediately? Looking for a temporary to permanent role? Financial Services company based in Edinburgh Park currently has a Senior Customer Services Representative role available within their Openwork Telephony Team. The focus within this team is to provide a first-class service to Openwork advisers by answering inbound pension related queries. You must be available immediately and for FULL TIME permanent work after an initial temporary period. The working hours are based on a 35 hour week Monday to Friday. Shift patterns when training is completed 8:30 - 4:30 or 9:00 - 5:00 or 9:30 - 5:30 The successful applicants will have worked previously in a contact centre environment and preferably from a Financial Services background.
