| SOLUTIONS DESIGNER/ARCHITECT Location: Glasgow Rate: £Market rates Duration: 3 months + Proven Solutions Designer / Architect required Self starter and able to pick up details and work through various design patterns and their associated technologies. Ability to work through detail where required in new areas, driving solutions from high level business visions. Ability to generate Powerpoint level and detailed Word documents to describe solution. Ability to deal with Technical and Business people up to middle management. Retail Financial Services experience preferred Experience of one or more of the following preferred: Java, Websphere, Oracle, Solaris, Windows, Mainframe Experience of back end mainframe systems in general - understanding of constraints on financial processing systems and integration areas Payment systems and straight through financial processing.
