| The Company Our client is a high profile Charity, based within their Head Office in Glasgow city centre; the role will involve regular travel to other offices around Scotland. The Job An extremely varied role, duties include: Maintaining and co-ordinating financial systems, liaising with local offices regarding financial matters Assisting with setting and implementing budgets, liaising with local authorities with regards to implementation Dealing with invoices, allocating and recording spend Ensuring contracts and SLA’s are in place and being adhered to Assisting with the tendering process Attending meetings, taking and producing minutes Collating statistics and preparing reports and statistical returns Liaising between local authorities, external agencies and internal departments Processing a wide range of general administrative task The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be familiar with processing financial administration. Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge is essential as is a flexible approach to working: this job will involve travel and working outwith normal office hours.
