THE ROLE
First People Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Technical Support Analyst for our Financial Services Client based in the South Side of Glasgow. The role will involve providing first class technical support for the organization with a focus on the administration of server infrastructure to ensure secure server/messaging platforms. You will be responsible for implementing, configuring and monitoring of server management software as well as building server infrastructure. You will also be accountable for the resolution of escalated incidents as third line support.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
Proven track record in a similar technical support role
HNC/HND qualified
Windows 2000/2003
Knowledge of Exchange 2003
Active Directory
DESIRED SKILLS
Degree educated
MCSE/MCSA qualification
Any other Wintel Environment
