Location: Glasgow
Reporting to: Line Manager

THE COMPANY
A large multi-national financial organisation offering unrivaled career opportunities and options for career progression. They require bright, passionate, versatile LAN/WAN Specialist to join their team.
EXPERIENCE
Administer Firewall and Security Systems
Implementation, configuration and monitoring of routers and switches
Configuration, monitoring and upgrading of WAN
Configuration, monitoring and upgrading of LAN
Configuration, monitoring and upgrading of Avaya Telephone System
Implementation, configuration, monitoring and upgrading Server Management
Build and implementation of Server Infrastructure
Resolution of escalated incidents as third line support
Development and maintenance of documentation and procedures
Participation in pilot studies for the new ICT infrastructure components
Essential
Minimum of 2/3 years projects in a Technical Support Analyst role
Good technical knowledge and working experience of computer operations, Unix / Microsoft platforms
Good knowledge of networks (WANs and LANs)
Good knowledge of central and distributed computing architectures
