| Leading Credit Management Company is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated candidates with good customer service experience. The role- taking inbound calls from new ans exsting customers dealing with all account enquiry's making some outbound calls to existing customers negotiate the collection of outstanding debt in accordance to company and government procedures working part of a team to achieve and exceed set weekly and monthly KPI targets work with in house computer systems to ensure paperwork is completed to high standards The candidate must haves- first class communication skills. the candidate will be preferably from a contact centre background excellent computer skills good mental arithmetic and understanding of fundamental maths excellent customer service skills ability to negotiate in difficult situations willing to learn flexable regarding working hours and weekend work the candidates must be available to attend a assessment day on the 18.7.2008 and if successful a start date of 28.7.2008.
