| The Place Our client is a leading mother, kids and baby fashion / accessories retailer Due to their continual success and business growth they are looking to recruit an experienced Assistant Store Manager for their established Edinburgh East store. The Role As an Assistant Manager your role will be to assist the Store Manager in hitting store sales targets through motivating and coaching a team. You will be tasked with providing exceptional customer service, maintain high store standards both visual and operational and demonstrate a commercial awareness that sets you apart from the rest. The Person You must have previous retail management experience at either Supervisory or Assistant Managers level have the ability to motivate and drive a team, have a keen eye for detail, a sharp business awareness and have the can do attitude that can get results.
