THE ROLE -Contact Centre Agents
Location: Glasgow Southside

First People Solutions require customer service advisors for our client, a leading retail consumer credit/finance organisation based in the south side of glasgow
Your role as a Customer Service Advisor will be to receive and process customer communications ensuring that a high standard of customer service is provided at all times. You would also promote suitable and appropriate products to the customer.

THE COMPANY

EXPERIENCE
You must have a solid work history and you should have great customer service experience, you will have a friendly telephone manner, lots of team spirit and a real commitment to helping the customer. Good keyboard skills and flexibility are also required.
