THE ROLE - Inbound Customer Service Advisor : CAREER OPPORTUNITIES
Location: Glasgow Southside
Salary: £12,550 + bonus + Health care + Pension
Benefits Package: Free Gym Membership, Bonus and great benefits package
First People Solutions require customer service advisors for our client, a leading retail consumer credit/finance organisation based in Cessnock, Glasgow. The working hours are shift patterns between 8am to 7pm and would cover 5 days out of 6, no Sundays. You should have experience within a customer services role, this can be someone from a call centre, retail or hospitality background as long as you show a steady work history. You must also have a friendly telephone manner, lots of team spirit and a real commitment to helping the customer.
This role would suit a candidate who is looking to get into the Financial Services industry and climb the career ladder.

EXPERIENCE
You must have a solid work history and you should have excellent customer service skills and you will have a friendly telephone manner, lots of team spirit and a real commitment to helping the customer. Good keyboard skills and flexibility are also required.
