Our client is responsible for the management and maintenance of half of Scotland's trunk road network. We are responsible for over 1000 miles for road, ranging from busy urban inter-urban motorways linking Scotlands major cities to rural Single carriageways through some of the most scenic parts of the North East and Scottish Borders areas.
Our client is currently looking for a highly motivated Pavement engineering professional to oversee Transport Scotlands ambitious investment plan for road structural maintenance. You will be experienced in investigation and diagnosis of road pavement problems and the assessment and design of treatment options. In depth knowledge of current specifications and an interest in road material technology is essential.
