| Myclient require a Project Manager for an immediate start in Perthshire. This is a freelance position with an excellent hourly rate and is available now. Your role will be to manage up to four projects at one timewhich are residential and retail new-builds. These projects value between £200,000 and £2million. In this role you will be responsible for providing progress reports on the sites, schedules, monitoring the standards and workmanship of the contractors and ensuring that these run to the proposed timeframe and budgets. This position would suit those who have managed similar types of projects and ideally been a clerk of works/ project manager before. This position is available now so would suit applicants who are immediately available or on a short notice period.
