| One of Scotland's leading Surveying Practices are in the process of recruiting a Qualified Rural Surveyor for their Inverness office. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in the management and sale of large estate and woodland, sales and letting. The main duties of the role will include: - estate management - account maintenance - producing financial forecasts - dealing with grant and subsidy applications - negotiating land access. - Valuations The ideal candidate will be RICS accredited, however if you are working towards APC completion this role will enable you to complete this.
