| Our client is looking to recruit a Managing Quantity Surveyor to join their Musselburgh (near Edinburgh) based team. They areone of the leading building services organisations in the United Kingdom withexpertisein designing, installing and commissioning mechanical, electrical and data systems in new and refurbished buildings.They coverair-conditioning, heating, plumbing and fire protection installations as well as power, lighting, data, security and building management systems.Recent project experience includes facilities in commercial, education, healthcare, industrial, infrastructure, leisure, scientific research, sports and retail sectors. You will be working on a number ofhospital andPFI Schools projects. You will have direct responsibility for a team of several surveyors.You willreport directly to the project directors and liase on a regular basis with theSenior Directors in the head office.You will be involved withnegotiating contract conditions on future projects forthe companiesScottish and Irish business.
