| The Role Our client, who provides compliant and innovative Umbrella payroll solutions to contractors and temporary workers in a wide range of sectors and industries across the UK, has a requirement for customer service focused candidates to join their expanding team of Customer Care Advisors. Working in the customer care team, you will be required to take initial enquiries from new customers wishing to find out more information about the company. It will be expected that you currently work or have worked in a fast paced working environment where you are able to multi-task. You will be required to provide excellent customer service at all times and handle all enquiries quickly and effectively. It is imperative that you are an excellent communicator and have the ability to deal with people at all levels. Hours of work are generally Monday - Friday 08.30 - 17.30 or 09.00 - 18.00 The Company Founded in 2003, our client has very quickly become the popular choice as payroll provider for contractors and recruitment agencies, ranging from large multi-nationals to local independent firms.
