| Our client is a main contractor based within the Perth area. The Company deals with a wide range of housing and commercial projects that include private & social housing, schools, universities and hospitals. With new offices planned and waiting to be built and project sizes ever increasing, this already established company is rapidly expanding, hence the reason for recruiting enthusiastic and eager site managers to join its ever-growing team. The Opportunity for progression through the company is very much achievable and looked favourably upon as the company look to promote from within. Our client is looking for Site managers with commercial and house building experience, ideally from a trades background with CSCS and/or CITB cards, however a proven track record in completing builds from start to finish should surface. This forward thinking company still holds traditional values regarding its staff and believe in keeping a positive workplace. Senior management staff regularly hold meeting with site personnel to iron out any problems and actively go out of their way to help with any issues. Where possible Site managers are placed as close to home as possible. As well as the chance to join a company that is expanding and therefore giving a ripe opportunity to progress through the ranks, they are looking to pay an above average salary of up to £40,000 plus company car depending on experience. This position is available now and would therefore appeal to applicants who are immediately available as well as those on a months notice.
