You should have the following attributes and qualifications;
*You should have demonstrable experience of managing a team of at least 4 building services Engineers
*You will be ambitious, and passionate about building services
*Knowledge of procurement routes
*Be client focused in your attitude
*Qualifications or Chartership are not essential for this role, although this would be advantageous
