PROJECT MANAGER - Leading Independent Scottish Construction Consultancy - £27k to £40k, APC Training, 25 Days Holiday, Contributory Pension, Laptop, Mobile.
Project Manager required to join an expanding Project Management division of a leading independent Scottish construction consultancy. Excellent long -term career prospects as well as APC training are guaranteed.
Successful candidates will be awarded with the opportunity to join a new and expanding team that has the firm backing of a well-established company. The business operates with a flat structure, which ensures all staff are given responsibility for own clients and projects.
Over 2 years ago, they decided to adopt a new structure by setting up a separate Project Management team. This has been a resounding success and they have major plans in place for further growth over the next 5 years.
The successful applicant may come from a variety of backgrounds; building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Architecture or Engineering. It is essential that candidates not only have an all round knowledge of construction processes, but also strong communication skills and the ability to respond quickly to situations. Projects they may immediately become involved with include; new build hotel developments (£4-8m), office developments (circa £9m), mixed use (£17m), church conversion (£2m).
