Talented Java Developer for Award Winning Company
Location: Glasgow
Salary: £25k-£32k + Excellent Package
Reporting to: IT Manager
THE COMPANY
Award Winning specialist Software development house in Glasgow. My client is a market leader in their field and offer an enjoyable working environment, good training, and career progression opportunities.
THE ROLE
The main purpose of this role will be to program internal and external applications. Projects will be web based and undertaken within a Java (Spring and Hibernate) environment comprising of Perl/CGI scripts with MySQL and Oracle Databases. Strong communication skills are essential.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
Java Developer who is familiar with fundamental Object Orientated design principles.
Minimum of 2 commercial Java projects in your career.
Excellent communication skills are a must.
DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE
Spring
Hibernate
Oracle
Candidates should have the eligibility to work long term in the UK
