Our Perthshire based client is a family managed company with over twenty years of experience in the specialist Agricultural and Industrial Building Sectors, they are now branching into the office and retail developments and are looking for a Site Foreman/Manager to join their busy and expanding team.
Based in wonderful surroundings in the Perthshire Countryside our client designs, fabricates and erects steel structures covering the central belt up to the Angus area. To an excessive workload and projects due to start, our client is looking for a Site foreman/Manager to have a hands on role on site.
Working directly to the Projects Manager you will have proven experience in civils works and ideally in steel structure erection. The role will involve you being mainly site based and coordinating company and sub-contracted labour, estimating materials, paperwork and assisting the team in new projects.
This independent company currently have a strong order book and a large workload with forward orders and are currently expanding. This is an ideal opportunity to work for a company on the up and to grow with them. As well as this, they are looking to pay a competitive salary depending on experience + company vehicle.
